Security

Respect for our customers, and the security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of our business and our top priority at Sound Earth.

All online purchases, are processed through PayPal. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL). Before you even register or log in to their site, their server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. Once your information reaches them, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically.

If for any reason, you are not comfortable with our online ordering system, please print out an order form, and send your completed order form with a check or money order to us.

Satisfaction Guarantee / Return Policy

Here at Sound Earth, we want you to be completely satisfied with the quality and performance of all the products we offer. Furthermore, we guarantee all our products to be free of defects. Please e-mail or call us within 48 hours if you receive a damaged or defective item.

If you are ever not satisfied with one of our products for any reason, please e-mail or call us within 15 days of receipt of your order. We will either resolve your problem or give you a Return Authorization # to use to send the product back to us for an exchange or a refund. We suggest that you insure your returns as Sound Earth is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit from you back to us. Please keep all your shipping materials for reference.

Please note, shipping charges are not refundable, however, Sound Earth will pay for shipping of replacement item(s). Please note, also, that items must be returned in a re-sellable condition, when feasible.

Order Processing
We process orders as we receive them Monday through Friday, except on holidays. We normally ship within 1-2 days of receipt of your order. We will notify you by e-mail if there is anything that will take longer than normal.

Packaging
We at Sound Earth do our best to tread lightly on the earth. So we reduce, reuse and recycle whenever we can. Our packaging may not win any beauty contests, but we'll always ship your order in appropriate packaging to help ensure it arrives in good shape!

Sales Tax - New York State
All orders shipped within New York State will have an 8.25% sales tax added to the total.

Methods of Payment
We accept through PayPal: Master Card, Visa, and Discover Card, American Express and Echeck. If you pay by check or money order, please complete order form, and mail to us at PO Box 245, Fishkill, NY 12524. We can only accept checks drawn on US Banks in US funds. There is a $25.00 processing fee for any returned check.

Errors and Omissions
Although here at Sound Earth, we take much pride in doing things right the first time, we occasionally make mistakes. In cases of errors or omissions, we reserve the right to ship the correct product, and/or correct our pricing errors. We will, of course notify you before shipping if this happens.

Sound Earth Privacy Policy
Your privacy is as important to us as it is to you, and we are committed to protecting your privacy. To process and complete your order we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date and phone number. This information also allows us to communicate with you about the status of your order or any problems we may have.
