Order Processing

We process orders as we receive them Monday through Friday, except on holidays. We normally ship within 3-5 days of receipt of your order. We will notify you by e-mail if there is anything that will take longer than normal.

Packaging

We at Sound Earth do our best to tread lightly on the earth. We reduce, reuse and recycle whenever we can. Our shipping material may not win any beauty contests, but we’ll always ship your order in appropriate packaging to help ensure it arrives in good shape!

For the convenience of our customers, we give you the option of choosing your shipping method. For orders over $60.00 no shipping charge at all! All orders shipped within New York State will have an 8.25% sales tax added to the total.

Methods of Payment

We accept through PayPal: Master Card, Visa, and Discover Card, American Express and Echeck. Phone orders are processed using Square. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please contact us via email with your desired products, and we will email an invoice to you, and upon receipt of your payment, your order will ship. We can only accept checks drawn on US Banks in US funds. There is a $25.00 processing fee for any returned check. If you would like to process your order over the phone please call 845-489-2378.

Errors and Omissions

Although here at Sound Earth, we take pride in doing things right the first time, we occasionally make mistakes. In cases of errors or omissions, we reserve the right to ship the correct product, and/or correct our pricing errors. We will, of course, notify you before shipping if this happens.
