Externally, the essential oil is used as an antiseptic wash for wounds, ulcers, sores etc and as a relaxing massage oil. Eases menstrual cramps and colic. *Spanish Lavender essential oil is mild enough to apply directly, or add it to a carrier oil (coconut, jojoba or grape seed oils are perfect) and use in a massage oil.
